    @quasicasi:
Well...... KIA´s name strategy beets me ?(

Different names in different countries - in Sweden they sell three models: Base model, Pluspak 1 (with 7" Navigation, intelligent cruise control, lane assistent.....) and Pluspak 2 (sun roof, all leather, electric seat adjustment....) and I have the middle Pluspak 1.

It was delivered with the 16" original rims with a separate plastic hubcap and I bought winter tires on Alutec Singa 16".

The Alutecs were a disaster in the winter - worked as a fan to blow snow into the wheels and made them directly unbalanced when parked, so for the summer I changed the tires:
Michelin summer tires on the Alutecs and Kuhmo winter tires on the original 16". Works very well so far
Platinum Graphite is the colour - fancy name for an ordinary colour.......

I notice that we have the same 4,82 - planning to overtake me? =O

    Sorry, no longer!
KIA now wants you to go to your dealer - you used to be able to do it your self, but for some reason they removed that possibility....

There is a newer version than the one you have!

This topic might already have been covered here - sorry if that is the case =O

In the Swedish technical specifications (and I suppose they say the say in Germany) Niro has a top speed of 162 km/h which of course it hasn´t. It´s much higher than that - 200? 210?

What interests me here is NOT it´s top speed, which for me is totally unimportant, but the reason why KIA publishes that figure and not a more realistic top speed.

    Hi all,

As I am in the process of planning our yearly vacation trip to Germany this summer, I am naturally trying to get the most out of Niro´s navi.

I usually planned our trips on my Mac and the latest 3-4 years in the Mac web version of HERE.
When I am finished, all may POIs (hotels, interesting restaurangs and places) are synced to the HERE app on my iPhone, which I used to navigate with.

This year I have bought a very fine program for PIOs and routes:

GPX Editor bought from Apples Appstore.

Searching for and importing POIs from GPX Editor into Niro´s navi is really easy and works very well.

But I haven´t been able to import the routes I made in the program..... I have also tried Motoplaner.de - unsuccessfully I am afraid. There are an overwhelming number of file formats to export to in Motoplaner - very confusing! I
t seems unnecessary and awkward to use Niro´s route planning (which is based on POIs already imported) when there is an route importing function available in the car......

Anyone who has tried to work with imported routes in a KIA car?

Appreciate all the tips I can get!
